This website has been developed to help you plan more effectively for your future. We would like your help in prioritising feature development, content and functionality by completing our membership survey.

The survey is completely anonymous with 12 questions which should only take you 8 minutes to complete.  

Understanding how you use your membership sites is important to us. Providing us with information will help us shape and improve our services, so our users and their representatives can be confident on their pension scheme and make informed decisions.

Need help with registration, passwords or one-time codes?

If you are experiencing problems with registering for your pension account, forgotten username and/or password, or have not received your unique One Time Code number to complete registration, you can call us on 0141 566 7636 or email us at [email protected] .

Please note the Scheme Administrators support helpline is open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

Compliments, Complaints and Disputes

Please contact us if you have any complaints or queries. We should be able to resolve most queries and problems quickly.

If we cannot resolve your complaint informally, we have a formal disputes procedure you can follow.

At any time, if you are having difficulties in sorting out your complaint, you may wish to contact Money Helper. Money Helper can provide free advice and information to explain your rights and responsibilities.

Pensions Ombudsman

If you are not happy with the response to your complaint and Money Helper have not been able to assist, you can get in touch with the Pensions Ombudsman who can investigate your case.
